For the implementation of traceability, this may involve, for example, defining the needs relating to compliance with regulations, operational efficiency, monitoring of distributed products, etc.
For the deployment of a community of suppliers in EDI, the needs may concern the scope of coverage, the expectations of the actors, the communication modalities, the needs in terms of monitoring the deployment, etc.
All these elements will be used for the design of the future solution during the drafting phase of the specifications.
